Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie thrilled fans in the Ashanti Region capital on October 24, 2026 with a return of his Rapperholic concert series billed MoMoFest x Rapperholic '26: Kumasi Invasion at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.


Sarkodie hosted a high-energy second edition of his Rapperholic concert selling out over 55,000 tickets.

The second homecoming event, supported by MTN Group’s digital financial platform MTN Mobile Money saw thousands of fans filling the venue amidst vibrant celebrations and sing-along moments to artistes' back-to-back performances.


The star-studded lineup featured prominent Ghanaian acts like Dope Nation, King Promise, Kweku Smoke, King Paluta, YPee, KiDi, Kuami Eugene (The Rockstar), BeezTrap KOTM, Wendy Shay, Oseikrom Sikani, Lasmid, Mr Drew, Sista Afia OliveTheBowy, AraTheJay.


The unforgettable night also featured acts; Cojo Rae, Baba Tunde, Robski, Cantus Black, Bosoma, Safo Newman, Essuman, Kwaku DMC, Kojo Blak,

Rapperholic26, the second consecutive flagship concert in the Garden City, started with outstanding mixes from the dynamic DJ Mensah and MCs followed by high-energy performances and a royalty-inspired stage entrance by the Ghanaian hip-hop icon King Sark, The Landlord.


Sarkodie made a grand entry to the multi-point stage at about 3 a.m delivering an electrifying performance of his hit catalog to a packed stadium.

He took the opportunity to honour and also pay tribute to highlife music legend Daddy Lumba.


The show extended to the morning of Sunday 25, 2026 and ended at about 6:30am with Sarkodie kneeling on stage and expressing a heartfelt gratitude to the massive crowd for their unflinching support.

Next on the Rapperholic series is the traditional Christmas Day standout show.


The award-winning rapper returns to the London's iconic O2 Arena in March 2027.
