NPP National Youth Organiser aspirant, Clement Opoku Gyamfi, Esq. (CID), has called for stronger engagement with Ghana’s youth as the New Patriotic Party (NPP) prepares to elect its national officers on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
Speaking on Anopa Ahenfie Morning Show on Ahenfie TV/FM with host Nana Kwadwo Juantuah PhD, Mr. Opoku Gyamfi said accessibility and reliability should be key considerations for delegates when choosing the party’s next National Youth Organiser.
According to the Private Legal Practitioner, he has travelled across all 16 regions of Ghana, engaging party members and people at the grassroots to better understand the challenges confronting the party.
He said the engagements have given him first-hand knowledge of concerns within the party and helped shape his vision for the youth wing.
Clement Opoku Gyamfi cautioned that the 2028 general election will be challenging for the NPP and urged the party to begin putting the necessary structures and strategies in place ahead of the election.
He noted that there are constituencies the party could regain if the right measures are implemented, while calling for renewed efforts to reclaim constituencies previously lost by the NPP.
